WILD HORSE HEALTH:

  • New patient visit (90 minutes): $295
  • Comprehensive follow-up (60 minutes): $185
  • Pain follow-up (45 minutes): $105
  • Acute visit (45 minutes): $125
  • Short follow-up (30 minutes): $90

Add-ons (can also be booked as a stand-alone visit):
  • Perineural injections (30 minutes): $110
  • Acupuncture (30 minutes): $90

OHANA MANUAL THERAPY:

  • Fascial counterstrain (90 minutes): $165

NEW PATIENTS:​

  • Please book a new patient appointment for any general medicine or pain management concern. Acute visits are for established patients only.​​

  • Dr. Pinazza requires a referral from your healthcare provider prior to your visit. If you do not have a referral, please schedule with one of our other physicians, thank you.
Follow-Up Appointment Guide:
PAIN MANAGEMENT PATIENTS (DR. PINAZZA & DR. KLEINPETER):
 
  • Pain follow-up: A routine and treatment-focused visit for any pain-related concern that a Wild Horse Health provider has already addressed with you in the past (This is most common.)
 
  • Comprehensive follow-up: An extended visit for any pain-related health concern that has NOT been previously addressed by our providers. This allows us extra time to diagnose your condition and come up with a new treatment plan.
     
**ALL appointments in the pain management dept. (new patient, follow-ups, acute visits) include same-day treatment. 
 
 
GENERAL MEDICINE PATIENTS  (DR. MCCLELLAND):
 
  • Comprehensive follow-up: Should be scheduled for any routine general medicine follow-up. 
     
  • Short follow-up: Must be scheduled by our office and approved by your provider. The short follow-up is not available to patients scheduling in the pain management department.
     


FOLLOW-UP POLICY: We reserve the right to change your appointment type based on the level of work-up required for your chosen health concern(s). Provider-made changes to your visit cost will be explained to you during your visit and always require your consent. Please be aware that declining these changes will lead to adjustments in your care to reflect your preferred appointment type.
