About Us

Storefront of a medical practice

Wild Horse Health's Story

Inspired by his childhood home located near Wild Horse Park in Mustang, Oklahoma, Dr. Pinazza founded his pain-relief medical practice in 2022.

What began as a single-provider, 160-square-foot clinic nestled in the basement of a former bank is now an multi-provider team offering a wide array of services in Tempe, AZ.

Education is an integral part of our philosophy to patient care and clinic operations. We serve as a training site for naturopathic education, with approximately 20 medical students completing rotations with us annually.

Healthcare That Puts You First

We believe that exceptional patient care begins with understanding and appreciating you as an individual. Every person is unique, with their own symptoms, medical history, and underlying causes of dysfunction. That’s why our providers take the time to perform a thorough, personalized assessment, ensuring that we address the root causes specific to your health journey—not just the symptoms.

Your voice matters. We actively listen to your concerns, preferences, and goals to create a treatment plan tailored to you. Whether it's customizing your care to fit your lifestyle, prioritizing your specific health goals, or exploring alternate solutions, we work with you to ensure your care aligns with what matters most to you.

Wellness Starts in the Workplace

Quality patient care begins with a foundation of positivity and fulfillment—for both our patients and our team. We believe that a welcoming and supportive environment fosters better experiences and outcomes. That’s why we work hard to cultivate a healthy and inclusive culture for everyone who walks through our doors.

This means creating a space where you feel comfortable, valued, and truly cared for. From the moment you arrive, our goal is to ensure you feel at ease and confident in the care you receive.
