Online Scheduling
Cancellation Policies:

Established Patients: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time more than twice, or if you have an excessive number of total cancellations or reschedules, you will be liable for the total cost of the missed or rescheduled appointment. These charges will be added to the fees for your next scheduled visit.

New Patients: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time more than twice, a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) will be added to the cost of your new patient appointment.
Follow-up Visit Policy: We reserve the right to change your appointment type based on the level of work-up required for your chosen health concern(s). Provider-made changes to your visit cost will be explained to you during your visit and require your consent. Please be aware that declining these changes will lead to adjustments in your care to reflect your preferred appointment type.
