Ohana Manual Therapy
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) enhances lymphatic flow to support recovery and improve health. This gentle and precise massage method works by stimulating the lymphatic system, promoting the removal of toxins, reducing inflammation, and alleviating fluid retention.

Fascial Counterstrain targets the fascia and is used alongside FST to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and increase flexibility. This hands-on technique uses specific body positing and gentle pressure to release restrictions in the fascia, improve circulation, and address the underlying cause of pain and dysfunction.
Fascial Counterstrain
Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF) targets electromagnetic fields in the body for a non-invasive, drug-free approach to pain relief and accelerated recovery. PEMF helps unlock the body's natural ability to heal, by stimulating cellular repair and promoting circulation throughout the body.
PEMF
Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) utilizes sound vibrations to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and alleviate pain. By reducing inflammation and tension, VAT supports the body's natural healing processes.

Troy's Journey to FST
I love helping people, and after 25 years in the fire service I was ready to do so in a new and meaningful way. My family and I have a personal journey that led us to Fascia Stretch Therapy. After a long search for a proper diagnosis, my 16-year-old daughter was diagnosed with a spectrum of disorders, including AMPS, EDS, POTS, MCAS, and periodic paralysis. The rest of my family, myself included, have exhibited similar signs.
After more fighting to get my daughter appropriate treatment, my wife was introduced to the power of Fascial Counterstrain during her training to be a naturopathic doctor. I soon realized that this was my future path to helping people. During my research, I discovered Fascia Stretch Therapy, created by Ann and Chris Frederick, and a few months later I was taking my first class at the Stretch to Win Institute. Ever since, I have been eager to learn how best to help those who struggle with chronic pain, EDS, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, and autoimmunity. I know my future is dedicated to helping people who have lost hope, and I try to not only restore hope but also decrease pain and improve quality of life.
My services are helpful for individuals dealing with injuries, autoimmunity, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), and other chronic pain or inflammatory conditions. These gentle techniques can also be helpful for improving relaxation and overall wellness for people of all ages and most health concerns.
