Biomechanics

Doctor assessing patinets joint rang of motion (ROM)

Find Stability.

Biomechanics is the study of how the structure of the human body determines its function. To improve function the structure must be stable and strong.

During an evaluation we identify biomechanical dysfunction in six key areas:

  1. Neck

  2. Shoulders

  3. Spine

  4. Hips/pelvis

  5. Knees

  6. Feet

Common symptoms associated with biomechanical issues:

  • Neck pain

  • Headaches

  • Dull low back pain

  • Excessive fatigue after workouts

  • Slow muscle recovery

Biomechanic evaluations improve:

  • Posture

  • Weightlifting

  • Race times

  • Golf swing

  • And much more

We then develop an individualized protocol to activate muscles, improve joint mobility and balance your movements.
