Ciara is a student Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona. Raised on a homestead in rural southeastern Connecticut, she developed a deep appreciation for nature, sustainability, and holistic living—values that continue to guide her commitment to naturopathic medicine and its root-cause, whole-person approach to health.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Medicine from the University of Tampa and a Master of Science in Medical Physiology from Case Western Reserve University. Ciara has contributed to research in the Health and Human Performance Lab at the University of Tampa, where she studied the effects of ketogenic diets on body composition, hormone balance, and metabolic health.
Ciara holds leadership roles in both the Sonoran Veterans Club and the Nutrition Club, where she advocates for national naturopathic licensure to expand access to holistic, integrative care. She is passionate about optimizing health through endocrinology, nutrition, environmental medicine, and evidence-based wellness practices.
