Whole-Person Support for Mind and Body Wellness
If you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, brain fog, or chronic stress, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone. At Wild Horse Health, our integrative mental health team takes a compassionate, root-cause approach to help you feel more like yourself again.
Dealing with anxiety, low mood, brain fog, or chronic stress can take a toll on your quality of life—but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Mental health isn’t just about the mind—it’s about the whole body. Our care model goes beyond traditional talk therapy to explore how factors like hormones, gut health, nutrition, inflammation, and lifestyle impact your mood, energy, and resilience.
Whether you’re dealing with a long-term diagnosis or experiencing new or worsening symptoms, our goal is to uncover what’s contributing to your emotional health concerns and design a plan that works for you.
We look at the full picture—your physical health, emotional landscape, lifestyle, and environment. We believe real progress comes from treating both the root cause and the symptoms.

Your unique plan is always tailored to what you’re experiencing and how your body responds.
Your first visit is a 90-minute intake with one of our integrative providers. We’ll walk through your mental and physical health history, explore symptom patterns, and perform a physical exam. We may recommend labs to uncover hormonal, nutrient, or inflammatory imbalances.
You’ll leave with a same-day plan and next steps. Follow-up visits are scheduled based on your needs—some patients benefit from biweekly care, others monthly check-ins.
Our team can also coordinate care with your counselor, psychiatrist, or other healthcare providers.
We understand that mental health care can feel vulnerable. That’s why we emphasize:
Wild Horse Health is a cash-pay clinic. We do not bill insurance directly, but:
truly don’t have the words to describe Dr. McClelland. She ended my life long fight for answers with the diagnoses I needed. I can’t be more thankful for the peace she has brought me and she has made it clear that she’s ready to support me and help make my quality of life better.
Dr. Pinazza and his team helped me resolve chronic pain I was experiencing and despite no longer being in pain, I continue to seek their services. The team provides me with cost-conscious tools and recommendations to keep my health in top shape, staying pain free. I highly recommend this practice not only for the quality of care but for the incredible attention and compassion they provide through and through.
Dr. Willenbring is awesome! I had a horrible mountain biking accident and have 4 fractured ribs and a fractured collar bone. She’s done acupuncture on me twice and both times have greatly reduced the pain. I have been able to manage the pain with therbal tinctures and homeopathic remedies that she prescribed.

We offer ongoing medication management in certain cases, but we often work with your existing psychiatrist to help manage your medication needs. We may offer short-term prescriptions in collaborative care when needed.
Yes. Our care works well alongside therapy. We often help patients uncover physical and environmental contributors that therapy alone may not address.
You don’t have to. We honor your pace and will only explore what you feel ready to discuss. Many of our therapies work gently on the body’s stress systems, without revisiting past experiences.
If you’ve tried therapy, medication, or supplements and still feel stuck, our root-cause approach may offer a new path forward.
You deserve to feel balanced, focused, and emotionally steady.
