Support for Complex Joint Conditions Like EDS, POTS, and MCAS
Joint hypermobility isn’t just about being “too flexible.” For many, it’s the hidden cause of daily fatigue, chronic pain, and recurring injuries that don’t respond to traditional care. At Wild Horse Health, we understand the multisystem nature of hypermobility and related conditions—and we build treatment plans that work with your body, not against it.
Hypermobility describes joints that move beyond the normal range, but its effects go far beyond flexibility. It can lead to joint instability, muscle fatigue, and long-term wear and tear on the connective tissues. For many patients, it’s part of a larger diagnosis such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS).
These connective tissue conditions often overlap with issues in other body systems—especially the autonomic nervous system and immune system. This makes a whole-body approach essential for treating the symptoms of hypermobility.
Treatment needs to be as multifaceted as the condition itself. At WHH, we go well beyond supportive braces and electrolyte drinks. We combine careful diagnosis with individualized care that addresses the interconnected nature of EDS, POTS, MCAS, and more.
Our Evaluation Process
Our care plans are layered and adaptive—designed to evolve as your body improves.
Your first visit includes a 90-minute consultation where we’ll listen carefully to your symptoms, review prior diagnoses (if any), and begin a targeted physical exam. We’ll assess for signs of connective tissue laxity, autonomic dysfunction, and immune hyper-reactivity.
Based on your findings, we may recommend labs, imaging, or referrals to collaborative specialists. Most patients walk away from their first visit with a clearer understanding of what’s happening—and a plan for what to do next.
Many patients with hypermobility have been dismissed or told “everything looks fine.” We approach your care differently—with time, attention, and a deep respect for the complexity of your experience.
You don’t have to push through alone.

There’s no cure for hypermobility or EDS—but the symptoms can often be significantly lessened with the right support. Our goal is to reduce flare-ups, improve daily function, and support long-term joint health. With the right care, many patients face fewer restrictions in their daily life and benefit from improved overall well-being.
We treat many patients with formal diagnoses who are still experiencing symptoms despite prior care. We provide comprehensive evaluations and a more holistic approach that helps offer deeper insight to your unique concerns.
You don’t need a diagnosis to get started—we will guide you through the diagnostic process. If you are experiencing symptoms of hypermobility, POTS, or MCAS, we can begin the assessment process.
We’re here to support your body—not just your joints, but your whole system.
